Bea Arrington
Executive Director |
| Bea has been the executive director of the
Virtuous Women’s Ministry since 1998, and is the vice-chairperson
for the Monroe county Advisory Council of the PA Human Relations
Commission. She belong to the National Notary Association of
PA. Bea Attended the Alpha Bible Institute where she earned her
BA degree at the United Bible College and Seminary (Orlando, Florida)
she also has education experience in Accounting, Banking and
Secretarial studies. Bea has over 25 years of experience as a
bookkeeper and has lived in East Stroudsburg, PA for over 10
years. She accepts her devine assignment to impart into the
women of God the anointed word, developing women whose lives are a
reflection of the proverb 31 woman |
| Rita Utley
Vice President | Rita Utley MA, ANP,
CCRN, is a clinical care supervisor and a Certified nurse
practitioner, with a focus on primary care in adult
health. Rita is a gradurate of St Joseph College,
Brooklyn, New York & New York University. She attended
Kingdom University School of Ministry in Atlanta, GA. Rita
lives in East Stroudsburg, PA where She enjoys working in the
Health Ministry and is an awesome Prayer Warrior. Her passion is
to empower people to take an active role
in their physical and spiritual well-being. |  | Sabrina A. Rawlins
Secretary | | Sabrina works as a Generalist at Guardian
Life Insurance Company in PA. She has over 20 years of
experience in providing administrative and personal support for
executives. Sabrina is an independent and self-motivated
professional with excellent research and writing skills. She also
has exceptional communication skills and works well with people of all
backgrounds. Sabrina lives in Northampton, PA where she enjoys
working with the Prison Ministry, dealing with damaged emotions.
Her passion is to share God’s unconditional love. |  | Monique Satisfield
Treasurer | | Monique Satisfield works as a Certified Food Services Coordinator for a
local school in the Pocono Mountains. She’s been working there for
the past 4 years. She has over 15 years experience in customer service
and administrative duties. She is also pursuing certification in Human
Resources Management. Monique has lived in Stroudsburg, PA for the
past 5 years, where she is raising her family up in a Godly
environment. Monique has a love for those suffering from a lack of
spiritual enrichment. She is a part of the Praise & Worship
Ministry where she uses her God given gift to glorify God &
minister to all. She is committed to fulfilling God’s will for her life. |  | Melissa Cheese
President, Hospitality Outreach Committee | | Melissa
is an Assistant Director at a university in central Pennsylvania. She
has over 12 years of experience as an administrator and educator in
higher education. She is a graduate of the State University of New York
at Albany; and is currently a doctoral candidate at Hofstra University,
pursuing her Ed.D. in Literacy. Melissa lives in East Stroudsburg, PA
and enjoys being a part of the Praise & Worship Ministry. She
enjoys helping others and is very passionate about empowering all
women, especially women of color, through dialogue and literature. She
is continuously striving to help women build relationships to help
support each other; ultimately realizing their strengths and
strengthening their areas of weakness in order to overcome social
oppressions, survive and achieve spiritual, physical, emotional, and

President | | Felicia
Catching is the President of the Virtuous Women’s Ministry Arizona
Chapter. She became affiliated with the ministry prior to moving
to Phoenix when she lived in Allentown, PA and Bronx, NY. Felicia
also co-authored a play entitled In His Presence, which was performed
in Phoenix followed by an altar call. Felicia’s second
screenplay, Ginny’s Faith, is currently in pre-production with a local
production company. In her professional career, Felicia Catching
MSN, APRN-BC, is a Behavioral Health Crisis Line Supervisor with
Triwest Healthcare Alliance in Phoenix. She works as a registered
nurse part-time at inpatient substance abuse facilities, correctional
facilities, and community centers. She gives God the glory for
any success she has been fortunate to experience and is blessed to be a
part of a Christian and loving family. Her proudest moment was at
the birth of her son, Phillip Jameryl, and she considers his
development as her most important challenge and greatest
achievement. |  | Mya Christina Fiarri
Secretary | | Mya
works as a multiple credit union operations representative in Phoenix,
Arizona. She has over 15 years of experience in providing
administrative support, human resources, and recruiting. She is a
Spiritual Life Coach, author, speaker, and motivator. Mya is an
accomplished graduate and licensed Minster from “The Sure Foundation
Theological Institute.” Her mission/passion/vision is to change lives
as an ambassador for Christ Jesus, helping to win souls, one purpose at
a time. She enjoys working in her local church home Kingdom In the
Valley Christian Church. She is also the founder of iMPACT EL SHADDAI Ministries (iEM). Mya is a native of Phoenix, AZ where she assists in facilitating the VWM conference prayer line/Phoenix chapter. |  | Aleta M. Jones - Treasurer | | Aleta
graduated from Wilberforce University in Columbus, Ohio with a
Bachelor's Degree in Global Management & Communications. Aleta also
obtained her Masters Degree (MSM) in the discipline of Masters of
Science and Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Aleta was
ordained as Elder Aleta Jones, on October 13, 2002, from Agape Outreach
Ministries, after she graduated from Gospel Light House Ministry
Theological School. She currently attends Kingdom In The
Valley Christian Center and works with the youth ministry. Among
many other things, she served as CEO and Founder of the E.S.T.E.E.M
Mentoring Program for teenaged girls aged 13-18. She has also worked on
numerous joint projects with other federal agencies, non-profit
organizations, academia and many inner city communities including the
Kairos Prison Ministry, Epiphany of Ohio, and the Emaus Community.
Aleta is currently in pursuit of her (DBA) Doctoral Degree from the
University of Phoenix.
